  • Purchase History: Premium subscription status and billing information processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Device & Usage Metrics: Device ID, operating system version, and app performance metrics.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

  • Generate automated vaccination schedules and calendar alerts,
  • Calculate custom food portions and caloric intake recommendations,
  • Provide AI-driven symptom analysis and pet care tips,
  • Enable profile sharing among family members.

3. Data Storage

All data is stored securely in our EU servers (AWS Frankfurt). We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal and pet information.

4. Deletion & Contact

Delete your account and all associated pet data at any time via the Profile -> Delete Account section in the app or by submitting a form at https://pati.app.tubu.io/hesap-sil.
